Proposal scope: 3D asset modeling

Deliverables:
- 4 monster truck car models

SPECS:
• Follow TCG World build guidelines (will be shared privately in regards to cars)
• 3D asset creation, completed models transfered with: (1) texture folder, (2) FBX files, (3) Original file of the program the builder modeled in
• Each truck corresponds to a unique rarity & therefore follows unique colour codes (texture)

note: this proposal is relaunched because of a change in the ask. If you bid on the last one, you will still need to submit a new cover letter.
