This will be a company HQ in Decentraland that will lead to additional work and revenue opportunities as the business starts to bring in more brands and partners to fill the booths in this experience.

This is a full 2x3 experience build that needs to scale vertically and should include booth space for at least 60 initial partners (booths to be populated and built out later on)

The base build will be fairly low-code but should include: NFT gatekeeping, a video screen with server and stream capabilities, 60 slots of partners to be added, 12 billboards for sponsors, and the ability to sell items/link to external sites

Once hired there are black and white sketches for the shop design from the HQ in Sandbox and they would like to leverage a similar concept in Decentraland. There is a ship/arch that is weathering storms and it has docked up to a main building. The ship will host the various booths while the main building would encapsulate educational materials and lead to other islands in the sky which will be added on in additional phases.

The budget for the initial build is $20,000 with the goal of starting development in September. This full experience has a 10-week development timeline. Additional company information and details will be provided to hired builders.
